Refund Policy

Indexed or refunded. Every URL you submit is pre-checked and then tracked for 14 days, with index checks on day 1, 3, 7 and 14.

• Non-indexable URLs (404, noindex, robots-blocked, duplicate/canonicalised): the credit is returned instantly, no support ticket needed.
• Not indexed within 14 days: the credit is returned automatically when the window closes.
• Indexed URLs: the credit is consumed — that is the result you paid for.

Credit refunds return credits to your balance, not cash. Cash refunds for unused credit purchases are handled under the payment provider's terms once payments are live.
